The combination of our expertise in sheet metal unfolding, our CNC-controlled bending-off press and special bottom dies enables us to perform bending tasks which may seem impossible.
Use of these options can reduce the need for welding considerably, resulting in lower manufacturing costs and a better finish.
The bending-off presses are supplemented by our laser cutter, revolver punching machine and our sheet metal shears, which cut up to 10mm stainless steel sheets in 4m lengths.
Jensen Metal have press brakes from 1.2 meter (50 tons) and up to 6.2 meter (500 tons).
