Quality management

We have a custom-designed quality management system based on the principles set out in the ISO 9001:2008 standard. This is supplemented by customer-specific requests and requirements for checks of individual processes or particular workpieces.
Quality management is an integral part of Jensen Metal's daily operations, and processes and procedures are regularly checked and updated to ensure that our customers always receive consistent high quality, with reliability of supply and a high level of service.
During first quarter of 2018, we expect to have achieved an ISO 9001:2015 certification in addition to ISO 3834-2:2005 and DS/EN 1090 certification.

Quality organisation

The plant manager has the overall responsibility for the quality management system, while the daily follow-up on quality control is handled by our quality controller, supported by the production manager and foreman. 

Our quality controller is also trained as National Welding Coordinator.
